- Close collaboration with senior advisory and CFS product bankers – support with strategic deliveries, business reviews, and daily scorecard management
- Global lists, collaboration with global industry teams
Executive Support
Supporting senior IB management in preparing presentations for board meetings and cross-product and/or cross-regional initiativesbusiness management
- Overseeing project management and project approval processes, working closely with finance on revenue performance and forecasting
- Analysis and reporting on business and competitive performance
MI & Data Analytics
- Development and improvement of management information (MI) with Salesforce, Business Objects, and internal tools
- Maintenance of critical business databases
- Creation of dashboards and report packages to inform management decisions
- Use of technology and artificial intelligence – promoting use cases both with business partners and within COO to increase productivity and competitive position
Project and process ownership
- Leading and implementing projects that improve business efficiency or drive strategic priorities
- Preparation of high-quality materials for outstanding accounts, planning meetings, and board meetings
Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with key support functions (technology, finance, operations, HR) to solve business problems and implement new initiatives
- Promoting process improvements and monitoring cost control
