Associate Portfolio Manager

Associate Portfolio Manager in Massachusetts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with portfolio managers to validate the inputs and outputs of our investment signals and assist with the day-to-day management of the strategy
• Analyzing the results of our portfolio construction process to ensure the integrity of our investment philosophy
• Helping research and portfolio management teams improve existing signals and develop new ones
• Work with data scientists and data engineers to identify data quality issues
• Designing tools for evaluating portfolio implementation and performance
• Conducting analyses to improve strategy and customer communication

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or accounting
• Previous experience with coding in Python and MATLAB (if necessary)
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis (previous experience preferred)
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial analysis
• Strong programming and statistical analysis skills
• Strong work ethic and flexible working hours
• Detail-oriented, good communication skills, and a cooperative personality

Salary and benefits

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 USD. The compensation package also includes benefits and a discretionary bonus.
