Associate Portfolio Manager

Tasks

• Work with portfolio managers to create and refine the playbook for our investment deals and ensure that it aligns with the information in the portfolios.
• Review of subdeals at every level of structural accuracy, ranging from the suitability of our investment dividend schedule and investment policies to compliance requirements, as well as the various credit rating agencies and global credit risk agencies.
• Collaborate with our team for interest rates, swaps, and volatile assets to identify deal equity swaps.
• Managing risk related to the implementation and alignment model of the portfolio.
• Strategic development, improvement, and customer communication.

Requirements

• At least a basic understanding of finance, mathematics, statistics, quantitative sciences, economics, or accounting.
• Previous experience in equities, fixed income, or private equity.
• Bachelor's degree in economics or mathematics.
• 2–3 years of experience in quantitative analysis is a plus.
• A solid understanding of financial management methodologies.
• Strong programming and analytical skills.
• Strong writing skills and proficiency in English.
• Deep learning, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for all aspects of a portfolio within broader credit frameworks, where both macro and micro factors, databases, as well as political and social developments, private actions, behaviors, currencies in underperforming sectors, and other major macroeconomic categories are relevant from an analytical perspective.
