Associate Program - Client Advisor WM IT or FRA & BEL

UBS is seeking a Client Advisor for its Wealth Management team in Switzerland who has experience in advisory and sales in the Italian, French, or Belgian markets and is interested in a career as a Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will join an 18-month Associate Program that offers a unique experience in wealth management and a platform for accelerated career development.

Your role

Are you a natural networker who loves talking to potential clients? Can you also close deals? Do you have a strong track record in advisory and sales within the Italian, French, or Belgian markets? If so, our 18-month Wealth Management Associate Program will expand your skills, provide a unique experience in wealth management, and lay the groundwork for accelerated career development in a client-facing role. Parallel off-the-job training will equip you with business-specific knowledge, but the main focus is on-the-job, as you build your client portfolio. Upon successful completion of this program, you’ll be well-positioned for a future as a Relationship Manager within our Wealth Management business.

Your tasks

- to help you become a successful relationship manager through our training programs, achieving (or preferably exceeding) the financial and educational goals set within the program - build your own client portfolio - establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships - continuously expand your network - acquire the necessary knowledge and certification

For the Wealth Management Teams Italy International and France & Belgium International, which are based in Lugano, Zurich, and Geneva, we are looking for a driven and ambitious individual who is eager to make a positive impact on our clients and UBS. At the same time, we will provide you with an outstanding platform for your professional development as part of a dynamic and experienced team.

Your expertise

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a leading university or business school, with at least 4 years of professional experience - A good understanding of and strong interest in financial markets, along with in-depth market knowledge in Italy, France, or Belgium, and a robust network in the UHNWI and HNWI segments - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are: - a networker and a skilled relationship builder - a member of a club, alumni network, or similar group - a collaborative team player with - experience in wealth management - language skills: fluent in Italian or French
