Associate Program - Client Advisor WM IT or FRA & BEL

Your role

Are you a natural networker who loves talking to potential clients? Can you also close deals? Do you have a strong track record in advising and sales in the Italian, French, or Belgian markets? If so, our 18-month Wealth Management Associate Program will expand your skills, provide a unique experience in wealth management, and lay the groundwork for accelerated career development in a client-facing role. Parallel off-the-job training will equip you with business-specific knowledge, but the primary focus is on-the-job, where you’ll build your client portfolio. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be well-positioned to secure a relationship manager position within the program—to advance to becoming a successful relationship manager through our training programs, achieving (or preferably exceeding) the financial and educational goals set within the program—to build your own client portfolio—to establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships—to continuously expand your network—and to acquire the necessary knowledge and certification.

Your expertise

- A bachelor's or master's degree from a leading university or business school, with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience - A good understanding of and strong interest in financial markets, as well as in-depth market knowledge in Italy, France, or Belgium, along with a robust network in the UHNW and HNWI segments - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
