Associate Relationship Manager (Greater China)

Julius Baer Bank is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager for the Chinese market to build and maintain client relationships and provide expert advice on investments and portfolio management. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in wealth management or a related field and possess excellent communication and sales skills.

Tasks

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will:
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base through proactive outreach and collaborative teamwork
  • Offer expert investment advice and responsive service tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each client
  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate records and complying with regulatory requirements
  • Get involved in innovative marketing strategies and participate in forward-looking initiatives
  • Actively engage with our Associate Relationship Manager community to share best practices and experiences and foster a culture of excellence

Required qualifications

  • Relevant regulatory licenses issued by the MAS
  • Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certification preferred
