Associate Relationship Manager (Greater China)
The Associate Relationship Manager (Greater China) at Julius Baer supports the development of client relationships and provides expert advice on investments and portfolio management. Tasks
As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will:- Build and maintain a strong customer base through proactive outreach and collaborative teamwork
- Offer expert investment advice and responsive service tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each client
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and comply with regulatory requirements
- Get involved in innovative marketing strategies and participate in forward-looking initiatives
- Actively participate in our Associate Relationship Manager community, sharing best practices and experiences to foster a culture of excellence
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:- Possess excellent customer relationship management and sales skills
- Possess strong investment advisory and portfolio management skills

Expected qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in asset management, investment advisory, or a support role within a private banking frontline team
- Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written); additional languages as required by specific market needs
- Relevant regulatory licenses issued by the MAS
- Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certification preferred
