As an Associate Relationship Manager (Greater China), you’ll have the opportunity to advance your career in private banking. Our 36-month program offers you dedicated support and guidance from experienced senior relationship managers.

Tasks

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will:
  • Build and maintain a strong network of customer relationships through proactive engagement and teamwork
  • Offer expert investment advice and responsive service tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each client
  • Strengthen customer relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Get involved in innovative marketing strategies and participate in forward-looking initiatives
  • Actively participate in our Associate Relationship Manager community, sharing best practices and experiences to foster a culture of excellence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:
  • Possess excellent skills in customer relationship management and sales
  • Have strong skills in investment consulting and portfolio management
  • Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have proven skills in time and organizational management
  • Have a solid understanding of compliance and risk management principles
  • Have knowledge of marketing and business development
  • Collaborative teamwork and adaptability

Further requirements

We are looking for candidates who:
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management, investment consulting, or in a support role within a private banking team
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written); additional languages as required by the market
  • Relevant regulatory licenses issued by the MAS
  • Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certification preferred
