Associate Relationship Manager (Greater China)
Julius Baer is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager (Greater China) for its 36-month program, in which the candidate will build a career in private banking under the guidance of experienced senior relationship managers. The Associate Relationship Manager will be responsible for building a strong client base, providing expert advice, and developing innovative marketing strategies.
Tasks
As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will:- Build and maintain a strong customer base through proactive outreach and collaborative teamwork
- Offer expert investment advice and responsive service tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each client
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and comply with regulatory requirements
- Get involved in innovative marketing strategies and participate in forward-looking initiatives
- Be actively involved in our Associate Relationship Manager community, share best practices and experiences to foster a culture of excellence
Requirements

What you will achieve

Required qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in asset management, investment advisory, or a support role within a private banking frontline team
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written); additional languages as required by specific market needs
- Relevant regulatory licenses issued by the MAS
- Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certification preferred
