Associate Relationship Manager (Greater China)

Julius Baer is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager for the Chinese market to build and maintain client relationships and provide expert advice and services. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in wealth management or a related field and possess excellent communication and sales skills.

Tasks

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will:
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base network through proactive engagement and collaborative teamwork.
  • Deliver expert investment advice and responsive service tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
  • Develop and deepen customer relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate records and complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in innovative marketing strategies and take part in forward-looking initiatives.
  • Actively engage with our Associate Relationship Manager community to share best practices and experiences and foster a culture of excellence.

Expected qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management, investment advisory, or a support role within a private banking team.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written), as well as other languages as required by specific market needs.
  • Relevant regulatory licenses from MAS.
  • Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certification (preferred).
