- Build and nurture a strong client base through proactive outreach and collaborative teamwork.
- Deliver expert investment advice and responsive service, tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
- Develop and deepen client relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to innovative marketing strategies and participate in forward-thinking initiatives.
- Engage actively with our Associate Relationship Manager community, sharing best practices and experiences to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in Wealth Management, Investment Consulting, supporting role in Private Banking frontline team.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written), additional languages according to specific market requirements.
- Relevant regulatory licenses from HKMA/SFC.
- Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) certification preferred.
- Excellent client relationship management and sales skills.
- Strong investment advisory and portfolio management capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven time management and organizational abilities.
- A solid grasp of compliance and risk management principles.
- Marketing and business development acumen.
- Collaborative teamwork and adaptability.
