Associate Relationship Manager (Hong Kong)

Tasks

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will:

• Build and maintain a strong customer base through proactive communication and teamwork.
• Offer expert advice on investments and responsive service tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences.
• Develop and deepen customer relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in innovative marketing strategies and take part in forward-looking initiatives.
• Actively engage with our community of Associate Relationship Managers to share best practices and experiences and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management, investment consulting, or in a support role within a private banking team.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written), additional languages according to specific market requirements.
• Relevant regulatory licenses of HKMA/SFC.
• Certification as a Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) preferred.
