Tasks

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will: * Build and maintain a strong client base through proactive networking and collaborative teamwork. * Provide expert advice and responsive service tailored to each client’s individual needs and preferences. * Deepen client relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling. * Ensure exceptional client satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and comply with regulatory requirements. * Contribute to innovative marketing strategies and participate in forward-thinking initiatives. * Actively collaborate with our Associate Relationship Manager community to share best practices and experiences and foster a culture of excellence.

* 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management, investment advisory, or in a support role within a private banking team. * Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken); additional languages as required by specific market needs. * Relevant regulatory licenses from the HKMA/SFC. * Certification as a Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) is preferred.
