Associate Relationship Manager (Hong Kong)

Tasks

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will:
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base through proactive networking and collaborative teamwork.
  • Offer expert advice on investments and responsive service tailored to each customer’s individual needs and preferences.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in innovative marketing strategies and take part in forward-looking initiatives.
  • Work actively with the community of Associate Relationship Managers to share best practices and experiences and foster a culture of excellence.

  • Certification as a Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) preferred.
