Associate Relationship Manager (Hong Kong)
The Associate Relationship Manager (Hong Kong) at JBS Barr is responsible for building client relationships, providing investment advice, and optimizing asset management. The position requires 15 years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Chinese, and the IRMA/CE license.
Tasks
- Build and strengthen a solid customer base by proactively reaching out to customers and maintaining networks.
- Providing expert investment advice and maximizing returns, tailored to each client's goals and preferences.
- Fostering and maintaining customer relationships through high-quality service and quarterly portfolio reviews.
- Identifying additional customer needs and promoting cross-selling to optimize wealth management.
- Contributing to innovative strategies and participating in customer-focused and marketing events.
- Actively engage with the community of other Associate Relationship Managers to share best practices and experiences and foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management, investment consulting, or in support roles within the private banking business team.
- Proactive proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; other languages as required by specific market needs.
- Relevant IRMA/CE certification licenses.
- Certification as a Certified Native Wealth Professional (CNWP) is an asset.
- Excellent skills in customer relationship management and sales.
- Strong skills in investment advising and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven skills in time management and organization.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance and risk management principles.
