Associate Relationship Manager (Hong Kong)

The Julius Baer Group is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in Hong Kong to advise and serve high net worth clients while further developing their skills in wealth management and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in wealth management or investment consulting and possess relevant certifications and language skills.

Tasks

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will:
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base through proactive outreach and collaborative teamwork.
  • Provide expert investment advice and responsive service tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences.
  • Develop and deepen customer relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate records and complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in innovative marketing strategies and take part in forward-looking initiatives.
  • Actively engage with our Associate Relationship Manager community to share best practices and experiences and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements

Further information

  • Relevant regulatory licenses from the HKMA/SFC.
  • Certification as a Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) preferred.
