Associate Relationship Manager (Singapore)

The Julius Baer Group is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in Singapore to advise and support high net worth private clients, while further developing their skills in asset management and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in asset management, excellent communication skills, and the relevant regulatory licenses.

Tasks

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will:
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base network through proactive engagement and collaborative teamwork.
  • Deliver expert investment advice and responsive service tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
  • Develop and deepen customer relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in innovative marketing strategies and take part in forward-looking initiatives.
  • Actively collaborate with our Associate Relationship Manager community to share best practices and experiences and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certification preferred.
