Associate Relationship Manager (Singapore)

The Julius Baer Group is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in Singapore to advise and serve high net worth private clients while advancing their career in private banking. The successful candidate will be part of a 36-month program designed to train them to become a trusted advisor.

Tasks

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will:
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base network through proactive engagement and collaborative teamwork.
  • Deliver expert investment advice and responsive service tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
  • Develop and deepen customer relationships through strategic cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in innovative marketing strategies and take part in forward-thinking initiatives.
  • Actively engage with our Associate Relationship Manager community, sharing best practices and experiences to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

Required qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management, investment advisory, or a support role within a private banking frontline team.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written), additional languages according to specific market requirements.
  • Relevant regulatory licenses from MAS.
  • Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certification preferred.
