Associate Relationship Manager (Singapore)
Julius Baer is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in Singapore with 3–5 years of experience in wealth management to manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities. The candidate should have excellent sales skills, relevant MAS licenses, and proficiency in English.
Tasks
- Build and nurture a strong client network through proactive and collaborative teamwork, industry expertise, and innovative strategies to exceed their annual sales and performance targets.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships through strategic needs-based selling and by capitalizing on opportunities.
- Provide exceptional client satisfaction, responsive account oversight, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to innovative initiatives, strategies, and partnerships to generate additional business.
- Engage actively with the entire Associate Relationship Manager community, sharing best practices and experiences to raise the standard of excellence.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management or investment consulting; experience may include private banking.
- Proficiency in English is required for all clients and content; additional languages may be required depending on the specific market.
- Relevant regulatory licenses from MAS
- Client Advisor Competency Standards (CAICS) certification preferred
