Associate Relationship Manager (Singapore)
The Associate Relationship Manager at Julius Baer in Singapore is responsible for building and maintaining a strong client base in order to act as a trusted advisor to high net worth private clients. The 36-month program is designed to equip the employee with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the private banking industry.
Tasks
As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will:- Build and maintain a strong customer base network through proactive engagement and collaborative teamwork.
- Deliver expert investment advice and responsive service tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
- Develop and deepen customer relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate records and complying with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in innovative marketing strategies and take part in forward-looking initiatives.
- Actively engage with our Associate Relationship Manager community to share best practices and experiences and promote a culture of excellence.

Required qualifications

- Relevant regulatory licenses from MAS.
- Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certification preferred.
