Tasks

  • Building and maintaining a strong customer base through proactive outreach and teamwork
  • Delivery of expert investment advice and responsive service, tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each client
  • Developing and deepening customer relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, accurate record keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contribution to innovative marketing strategies and participation in forward-looking initiatives
  • Actively participate in the Associate Relationship Manager community, sharing best practices and experiences to foster a culture of excellence

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Wealth Management, Investment Consulting or an equivalent role in the Discretionary Banking / Frontline team
  • Excellent customer relationship management and sales skills
  • Strong investment advisory and portfolio management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of compliance and risk management principles
  • Marketing and business development expertise
  • Collaborative teamwork and adaptability
