Associate, Solutions Investment Specialists
As an associate at Men Group in London, you will create and manage marketing materials and presentations for the investment division to support the sales and portfolio management teams. The position requires at least three years of industry experience, a degree in finance, and excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Position Overview
The Investment Services team is responsible for providing high-quality support for Men Group’s assets. The team performs a wide range of duties across various functions, with a primary focus on marketing activities and GTS/COO initiatives. Our role in supporting growth is driven by the firm’s strong emphasis on trust and integrity in our direct interactions and relationships with our clients and prospective buyers.
Overall responsibility for meeting marketing and performance metrics for the Men’s division is a challenging and rewarding role. This role will be key to building a strong case to support sales interactions.
Based in our London office, this role will involve working closely with both senior portfolio management and sales staff in the Men’s Private Insurance units and throughout the firm.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and deliver the full range of marketing materials, leveraging our close proximity to the Men’s Solutions teams in London and Men for
- Work closely with other teams, Portfolio Management, and stakeholders across the business on presentations for Insure, HSTOOO, senior investor meetings and conferences, analyst days, and roadshow opportunities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior external stakeholders across various organizations
- Provide timely and reliable presentation of materials, submit requests for materials, and provide timely updates
- Support departments and stakeholder groups drive financial performance across the firm for the portfolio, management, sales teams, and fund managers
- Maintain constant coordination and data sharing with the law firm and legal imaging firm
Technical Competencies
- A degree in finance or a related field is required; a financial certification is preferred but not required
- At least 3 years of experience in the industry and a solid understanding of the financial investment environment and the hedge fund sector
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively understand the expectations and requirements of institutional clients
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders throughout the firm and to engage creatively with them
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication with diverse client stakeholders who work independently
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and managed and external systems relevant to the role
