Job description
Tasks
- Development, implementation and customization of solutions using ServiceNow GRC modules
- Analysis of business requirements for GRC solutions and development of GRC applications in ServiceNow
- Configuration of workflows for policy compliance, risk management and audit module
- Configuration and development of workflows
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Updating ServiceNow best practices and platform updates
- Troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications
- Flexibility for further training in various skills
Requirements
Minimum qualification
- Degree in computer science, technology, software development, business information sciences or equivalent industry experience
- 4-6 years practical experience in IRM ServiceNow development
Required skills
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, including client-side and server-side scripting
- Mastering workflow creation and management, REST integrations and email notifications
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Nice-to-have features
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, PPM, CSM, HRSD and SecOps
- Knowledge of Virtual Agent and Integration Hub
- Experience with agile methods
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD and CIS are highly welcome
