Your role

Are you a sharp risk assessor who enjoys analyzing complex business processes and products? Do you want to play a key role in improving the effectiveness of business-critical processes to help safeguard and strengthen UBS? We are looking for an Investment Banking Auditor who:

• Plans, conducts, and oversees audits; performs safety and risk assessments as well as internal quality reviews; and works effectively to ensure the expected level of safety within the assigned time and budget constraints
• Identifies problems and control deficiencies, recommends or implements corrective actions, and monitors key accounts and processes to ensure they comply with UBS policies and procedures; evaluates, implements, and monitors changes to business processes and systems to ensure they are effective
• Builds and maintains constructive relationships with colleagues and relevant stakeholders at all levels, including senior management

Your team

In our agile operating model, the audit function consists of autonomous teams. You will work on the Investment Banking Audit Execution Services team. The team handles audits of high-volume trading transactions and, in addition to scheduled audits, is also responsible for processing (i) addresses

Your expertise

• Five or more years of experience in a similar position with a focus on auditing in the financial sector
• Able to quickly understand complex investment banking processes and challenge the status quo, identifying risks and shortcomings in processes
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Familiarity with investment banking
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ready to engage with the industry
• Master's degree or equivalent, with a focus on
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
