Audit Expert Investment Banking

Your role

Are you a sharp risk assessor who enjoys analyzing complex business processes and products? Do you want to play a key role in improving the effectiveness of business-critical processes to help safeguard and strengthen UBS? We are looking for an Investment Banking Auditor who:

• Plans, conducts, and oversees audits; performs safety and risk assessments as well as internal quality checks; and works effectively to ensure the expected level of safety within the assigned time and budget constraints
• highlights where controls are working well or where UBS needs to take action to better manage current and emerging risks, and appropriately escalates all significant concerns
• meets our internal standards for the quality, execution, and documentation of the work, taking into account the requirements for coverage of legal entities where necessary
• where applicable, develop issues and test reports in accordance with our internal reporting and issue-resolution standards, which are fully supported by the work performed and require only minimal feedback from reviewers

Your expertise

• five or more years of experience in a high-volume global trading business
• able to quickly grasp complex tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Familiarity with investment banking
• strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Willingness to engage with the industry
• Master's degree or equivalent, with a focus on
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
