Lead Auditor - Sector Manager

Tasks

• Provide assurance to senior management regarding the management of credit, market, operational, and strategic/business risks in the context of conducting and reporting on audit engagements
• Oversee the management of a team consisting of audit managers, operational auditors, and data analysts, ensuring their professional development and the achievement of their career goals
• Contribute to the operation and continued deployment of data analytics and continuous auditing techniques
• Contribute to regulatory, methodological, and technological monitoring, as well as to the tracking of operational projects and major developments within the Group, and assess their impact on the audit universe and the multi-year audit plan
• Represent Internal Audit to business unit managers, as well as to the industry's governing bodies

Requirements

• University education in the field of finance, accounting, and/or economics
• Federal Diploma in Accounting or, at a minimum, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification
• At least 10 years of experience in the fields of external and/or internal banking audit
• Excellent knowledge of the banking operations of a universal bank, the applicable regulatory requirements, and the banking IT applications and systems that support them
• Advanced Practice in the Use of Data Analytics Techniques
• Line management experience
• Ability to prioritize in a demanding environment
• Ability to synthesize and analyze information in a complex and constantly changing environment
• Diligence, courage, sound judgment, and the ability to offer constructive feedback
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a perfect command of French
