Lead Auditor - Sector Manager

Tasks

- Provide senior management with assurance regarding the management of credit, market, operational, and strategic/corporate risks as part of the execution and reporting of audit engagements, - Oversee the management of a team composed of audit managers, operational auditors, and data analysts, ensuring their professional development and the achievement of their career goals, - Contribute to the implementation and continued rollout of data analytics and continuous auditing techniques, - Contribute to regulatory, methodological, and technological monitoring, as well as to the tracking of operational projects and major developments within the Group, and assess their impact on the audit scope and the multi-year audit plan, - Represent Internal Audit to business unit managers, as well as to industry umbrella organizations.

Requirements

• A university degree in finance, accounting, and/or economics,
• Federal Diploma in Public Accounting or, at a minimum, the CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification,
• At least 10 years of experience in the fields of external and/or internal banking audit,
• Excellent knowledge of the banking operations of a universal bank, the applicable regulatory requirements, and the banking IT applications and systems that support them,
• Advanced proficiency in the use of data analytics techniques,
• Experience in line management,
• Ability to prioritize in a demanding environment,
• Ability to synthesize and analyze information in a complex and constantly changing environment,
• Diligence, courage, sound judgment, and the ability to offer constructive criticism,
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a perfect command of French.
