• Ongoing management of macros and automation in production, including monitoring, updating, and support

System integration & APIs

The tasks in the area of system integration & APIS include:

• Connection and orchestration of applications in the banking operations ecosystem, including Firona
• Definition, testing, and operationalization of API-based solutions that reduce manual hand-offs

AI use cases

The tasks in the area of AI use cases include:

• Identification and implementation of practical AI applications, such as workflow support, data extraction, exception staging, and knowledge access
• Promoting adoption with appropriate governance and clear links to operational values

technology consulting
