Automation Lead

Tasks

• Led two automation design, development, and innovation initiatives for core banking and settlement operations; proposed a wide range of test automation cases across all platforms and projects.
• Responsibility for the design and implementation of frameworks, infrastructures, and control solutions using open-source and commercial products; provision of tools and roadmapping; leading the technical team and on-premises/on-premises operations.
• Lead and manage local delivery teams to ensure that consistent automation delivery standards are aligned with business and business unit objectives.
• Work on plans and initiatives for the core area within the Banking Operations team to drive digital transformation and enhance operational security by optimizing data across the non-core platform and supporting manual processing.
• Enabling the organization and transformation of the technology model by working toward better process improvements.
• Continuous design and development of automation solutions while ensuring resilience and scalability.
• Providing solutions and foundations for requirements and enhanced processes—to reduce duplication and optimize performance.
• Effective communication of process, technology, and financial aspects to the relevant departments.
• Provision of on-site support for test automation and related services and/or services, automated solutions, and planning analyses.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of the business, problem-solving skills, a team player, inclusive, developing existing business models, team building, etc.
• Experience with testing and related projects in banks, such as T24, DealCloud, AP, and Phoenix.
• Expertise in financial IT and relationships with teams such as Marketeen, Site Ops, and Sponsor.
• Expertise in core banking solutions (T24 preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
