Automation Quality Assurance Tester 90–100% (m/f)

Tasks

• Analyze software in automated frameworks and views (UI, API, and mobile)
• Develop and/or create additional test procedures, taking into account the current automated tests
• Implement tests to improve or maintain software quality
• Document automated tests and report errors

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA test automation using common tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, Cypress, Protractor, Applitools)
• Experience in web development is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and working in a DevOps environment
• Degree in a computer science-related field or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in QA and/or test automation
• Experience with compliance requirements related to software testing
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
• Fluency in English

Qualification requirements and non-essential

• ISTQB or related certifications are advantageous
• Proficiency in Java with experience at all testing levels (from unit to end-to-end)
• Proven experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium) on desktop, web app, and mobile platforms
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and QA practices
• Experience in testing both in-house and vendor-developed applications
• In-depth knowledge of functional workflows in networked systems
• Knowledge of financial news standards combined with domain expertise in markets
• Experience with Jenkins, Maven, and Oracle SQL; some experience with test management is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills, self-motivated, able to collaborate effectively in global teams, with an entrepreneurial spirit
