AV Operations Lead

Tasks

• Support for day-to-day operations involving data entry, reporting, and the support and maintenance of automated, specialized, and ad hoc market maintenance workflows.
• Maintenance or support of multiple AV systems, monitoring and/or direct repairs of one or more physically installed, virtual, and/or support-model deployments to ensure high operational reliability.
• Performing setup and/or remote troubleshooting for an enterprise-wide, hybrid, and/or virtual environment based on SD-WAN, ETSI, and/or non-ETSI.
• Performing or responding to specific and recurring manual and/or remote maintenance tasks (hardware or software) on-site to support existing AV systems.
• Maintaining good relationships; handling all inquiries and escalations within the organization to resolve customer issues, including providing prompt, professional service.
• Maintaining the inventory and tracking hardware, software, files, and related documentation, as well as distributing AV Configuration Control (CC) updates in a workflow management system such as ITServiceNow or a similar system acceptable to the organization.
• Evaluate and monitor the AV operational lifecycle of one or more physically installed, virtual, and/or support-model deployments to achieve a high level of operational reliability.
• Coordinate with the IT department to secure the equipment, licenses, and other technologies needed to successfully carry out AV projects within the company.
• Maintaining a document log and a log of known issues.
• Planning, training, and leading teams and individuals in the following areas:
  • Task management and workflow optimization projects in Market Operations.
  • Event-driven, batch, and/or periodically scheduled workflows for financial market settlement and margining/collateral.
  • Performing reconciliation tasks, as well as confirming and re-executing trades.
  • This may include running ADP processes and maintaining AV operational support schedules.
• Execution and monitoring of internal process workflows for market data and trade settlements.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant financial/business experience.
• Proven experience in delivering full-cycle project results.
• Creative Approach and Style.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• A self-starter with strong business acumen.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines that must be met on time.
