Avaloq Integration Engineer

Your role

As an Avaloq Integration Engineer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be part of a dynamic team driving banking innovation and delivering integration solutions that support exceptional customer experiences at scale.

Your tasks

• Design, Development, and Maintenance of Scalable Services on the Avaloq Container Platform (Aqua)
• Contribution to strategic integration projects involving bidirectional, real-time message streaming
• Diagnosing and Resolving Complex Integration Issues Across Multiple Channels
• Collaborate with infrastructure and release management teams to ensure the quality of the end-to-end solution from conception through deployment
• Support for test campaigns and rollouts

Your profile

• Higher education (university or university of applied sciences) in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
• A solid foundation in computer science and a passion for technical innovation
• Knowledge of API design patterns, ODF & M API, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), or similar concepts, as well as the ability to translate business processes into coherent, reusable components
• Knowledge of REST-based integration, including JSON and XML
• Familiarity with Docker & K8s
• Experience with event-driven and/or webhook-driven architectures
• A strong focus on the customer and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
• A structured and results-oriented approach to work
• Fluent in English
