Role Overview

• Solve complex problems and make recommendations based on data and analytics
• Provide insights and recommend actionable strategies for business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement machine learning solutions

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, statistics, or computer science; or an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field with a minor or concentration in quantitative financial analysis, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a similar field
• Strong analytical, programming, and critical-thinking skills, such as proficiency in SQL, Java, and Python
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, AI, and analytical solutions; 3+ years of experience is preferred
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data, generating insights, building statistical and machine learning models, and presenting and communicating ideas
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
• A passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest trends in data and analytics
