Azure Cloud Engineer (a)

Tasks

• Designing the cloud landscape from the ground up with a focus on developing a modern, secure, and scalable cloud foundation
• Development of core concepts and standards for the Azure platform (Identity & Access Management, Networking & Security, Governance, Monitoring, Automation, Infrastructure as Code)
• Helping to shape structures, technologies, and processes from the very beginning
• Analysis of requirements and technical challenges, as well as the development and implementation of sustainable solutions
• Collaboration with internal and external specialists, as well as close collaboration with various departments and IT
• Gradual Establishment and Further Development of the Azure Cloud Foundation

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure in an enterprise environment
• Understanding of the core concepts of modern cloud infrastructures
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (especially Terraform)
• Familiarity with the design and operation of highly available systems in cloud environments within an enterprise setting
• A solution-oriented, independent, and structured approach to work
• Enjoyment in designing and refining cloud concepts
• Residence in Switzerland
• Excellent German skills and good English skills
