Tasks

• Ownership and design scope for infrastructure standards for our integrated currency and digital wealth banking platforms at the forefront of digital wealth banking.
• Lead role in defining, implementing and monitoring infrastructure governance frameworks for digital wealth banking, custody, trading and lending.
• Hands-on development of infrastructure platforms that combine traditional banking and blockchain.
• Strategic input into our multi-cloud and key management architecture.
• Opportunity to establish innovative leading infrastructure practices in an emerging sector.
• Serve as a key liaison and coordinator between the SRE team and cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT operations and other clouds.
• Drive the effective implementation and operationalization of infrastructure strategies and standards across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture roles or equivalent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to collaborate and influence with diverse teams, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Evidence of leading cross-functional initiatives and promoting alignment between teams.

Proven Expertise

• Cloud infrastructure architecture and landing zone concepts for Azure.
• Knowledge of the architecture, construction and secure maintenance of infrastructures running on Azure in an immutable (declarative) manner.
• Secure software development life cycle (SDLC) knowledge.
• Development of infrastructure standards in regulated environments.
• Infrastructure architecture reviews for critical business systems.
• Financial regulations (e.g. II-RMA) and banking infrastructure requirements.
• Application, infrastructure and network best practices.
• API standards and gateway architecture.
• Kubernetes and microservices infrastructure patterns.

Nice to Have

• Team leadership or management experience.
• Azure data platform infrastructure.
• German language skills.
