BANK-now - Customer Advisory Services / Relationship Management

The role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing loan applications from our sales partners in the Zurich/Eastern Switzerland region. This includes processing dossiers and supporting sales partners in connection with order processing. You will be responsible for checking that contracts are complete and correct. As the direct point of contact, you will provide our sales partners with excellent service and communicate financing decisions. In doing so, you will actively support sales efforts.
