Tasks

• You will ensure the support and development of a private client portfolio.
• They advise customers in the areas of basic products, pensions, investments and small and training loans.
• You will take part in targeted marketing campaigns to sell our products and acquire new customers.
• You proactively animate our reception areas to accompany our customers and recognize their needs.
• They serve customers using the ATMs at the counter.

Requirements

• You have a commercial qualification with experience in reception or consulting and in managing a customer portfolio.
• You have good sales skills, are sociable and have good manners.
• You are dynamic and pragmatic and appreciate working in a team.
• You can set priorities and work independently.
• Your good knowledge of a second language (French) is a plus.
