The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking a banking advisor for its branch in Zermatt to manage a portfolio of private clients and provide advice to customers in various areas. The position requires a business education, experience in banking, and strong sales skills.
Tasks
- You will manage and develop a portfolio of retail clients. - You will advise clients on basic financial products, retirement planning, investments, and small business and education loans. - You will participate in targeted marketing campaigns to sell our products and attract new clients. - You proactively engage with customers in our reception areas to assist them and identify their needs. - You serve customers at the teller window, including handling ATM transactions.Requirements
- You have a business background with experience in reception or consulting, as well as in managing a client portfolio. - You have strong sales skills, are outgoing, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. - You are dynamic and pragmatic, and value teamwork. - You can set priorities and work independently. - Thanks to your strong language skills, you can communicate effortlessly with international clients.We offer
