Bank advisor

Tasks

You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of private clients. You will advise clients on basic financial products, retirement planning, investments, and small business and education loans. You will participate in targeted marketing campaigns to sell our products and attract new clients. You will proactively engage with clients in our reception areas to welcome them and identify their needs. You will serve clients at the teller window, including handling transactions at the ATMs.

Requirements

• You have a commercial qualification with experience in reception or consulting and in managing a customer portfolio.
• You have strong sales skills, are outgoing and have good manners.
• You are dynamic and pragmatic and appreciate working in a team.
• You can set priorities and work independently.
• You have strong language skills and can communicate easily with international customers.
