Job description

Do you have a business background and experience in banking? We are looking for a banking advisor to join our team at our branch in Zermatt. What does that mean, specifically?

• You are responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of private clients.
• They advise customers on basic financial products, retirement planning, investments, and small business and student loans.
• You will participate in targeted marketing campaigns to sell our products and attract new customers.
• They actively engage with customers in our reception areas to assist them and identify their needs.
• They serve customers at the teller window, including handling ATM transactions.

Requirements

This position is perfect for you if...

• You have completed a business apprenticeship and have experience in reception or customer service, as well as in managing a client portfolio.
• You have strong sales skills, are outgoing, and have good manners.
• You are dynamic and pragmatic and value teamwork.
• You can set priorities and work independently.
• Thanks to your strong language skills, you can communicate effortlessly with international clients.
