JPMorganChase is seeking a Banking Professional for its Asset & Wealth Management team in Geneva, Switzerland, to support Client Advisors and deliver a first-class experience for clients. The incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day business operations, client communications and support, and assisting the Regional Head for Switzerland, the Middle East, and emerging markets.

You will provide support to a team of client advisors in all aspects of day-to-day business, while being mindful of the confidential nature of private banking clients. This role involves communicating with clients, operations and technology teams to fulfill requests. You should be passionate about customer service and use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. In addition, the Banker Professional will provide dedicated support to the Region Head for Switzerland, Emerging Markets, and the Middle East within the private bank. This role focuses on the seamless execution of key business activities, including assisting with presentation preparation, managing meetings and workshops, tracking tasks, and coordinating across multiple markets. The Banker Professional will work closely with the Regional Head and Business Management.Tasks
- Monitor customer accounts and assist with daily account management
- Support client advisors with know-your-client documentation and processes, as well as suitability assessments and reporting
- Support with account opening and internal preparation to facilitate subsequent investments
- Document management (alternatives, suitability, investment parameters, OTC, etc.)
- Advisory and brokerage account trading and daily control over trade execution
- Collaborate with operations, client service specialists, supervisory management, risk management, and investor support teams
- Support business analysts in preparing, reviewing, and approving investment performance presentations for investors
- Support in developing marketing pitches and investment idea presentations
- Risk management monitoring of portfolios for investment purposes, regulatory purposes, and other compliance issues
- Internal account management and coverage, as well as internal financial reports
- Create and automate presentations and roadmaps
- Responsible for preparing agendas, minutes, workshops, and other events
- Ensure that tasks assigned to key stakeholders (market managers and business managers) in different markets are followed up in a timely manner.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in finance, law, or a related field (or equivalent)
- Financial work experience, preferably in private banking
- Fluent in English
- Independent, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
