Your area of responsibility

- Your main responsibilities will include managing web banking, the mobile app, open banking, and TWINT. - You will oversee these services as part of the release planning process, with a focus on ensuring that features, processes, and documentation remain up to date. - You will support the department in creating requirement specifications and evaluating solution options. - You will analyze banking processes, review business requirements, and collaborate on implementation projects. - You will assist in conducting tests to ensure requirements are implemented.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with various stakeholders at the interface between banks and IT suppliers
• Banking expertise and understanding of the core processes of a retail bank
• Ideally, experience with the Finnova banking system
• Independence, a sense of responsibility, and a strong commitment to customer service
• Stylish communication and correspondence in German
