Job description

Banking specialist with flair for e-channels and IT tools, workload: 80-100%, location: Bern, Gurtengasse 6.

Your area of responsibility

Your main responsibilities will be to support:

• online banking
• mobile application
• Open banking
• TWINT

You will manage these services as part of release planning, focusing on keeping functions, processes, and documentation up to date. You will support the department in creating requirement specifications and evaluating solution options. You will analyze banking processes, review technical requirements, and collaborate on implementation projects. You will assist in conducting tests to implement requirements.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and affinity for web and mobile banking applications
• Enjoy working with various stakeholders at the interface between banks and IT suppliers
• Banking expertise and understanding of the core processes of a retail bank
• Ideally, experience with the Finnova banking system
• Independence, sense of responsibility, and high level of service orientation
• Stylish communication and correspondence in German
