Tasks

Product Development & Support

  • Assistance in the development and improvement of banking products such as current accounts, savings accounts, term deposits, credit lines and payment solutions.
  • Carrying out market and competition analyses to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
  • Support in the preparation of business cases, product documentation and approval materials.

Operational & Digital Enablement

  • Collaborate with operations, technology and digital teams to ensure smooth product implementation and ongoing support.
  • Contribution to the digital transformation of banking products on mobile and online platforms.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to recommend improvements.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements (e.g. AML, KYC, BSA).
  • Maintenance of accurate documentation and support for audit and compliance reviews.
  • Tracking and reporting on risk indicators and operational metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with relationship managers, legal, compliance and finance teams to support product delivery and customer engagement.
  • Participation in cross-functional working groups and project teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in banking product management, operations or digital banking.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, operational processes and digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred.
