Tasks

• Management of our efficient customer service operations and procedures for new and business customers.
• As a bank vault manager, you serve as the link between our various procurement departments and members of senior management.
• They ensure that our internal processes are handled on time.
• You will handle correspondence with domestic and foreign banks regarding transaction audits and account audits, and you will be responsible for scheduling our internal processes related to the bank vaults.
• Your refined leadership style is reflected in your diverse clientele as well as in the management and development of our bank vaults.
• With your calm and level-headed demeanor and your strong organizational skills, you win over our clients and colleagues.
• They place particular emphasis on ensuring that our internal processes are handled accurately, quickly, and thoroughly.
• You will oversee the credit review process and prepare the relevant loan documents.
• They prepare reports and statistics, as well as internal summaries and presentations.
• They work with the Banking Department to handle matters related to you and/or your team.
• They advise internal clients and/or customers on all matters related to the banking division.
• You will support the team in managing business processes and process documentation.
• They plan and conduct internal meetings.
