Your tasks

• Living the role of host and putting a smile on our customers' faces
• Operation of the coffee bar during normal bank opening hours (Mon-Fri: 09:00-18:00 / Sat: 10:00-15:00)
• Training and events
• Passing on know-how, ensuring quality at the bar and training colleagues
• Managing the cleanliness and order of the boutique as well as managing and selling products
• Working at reception during sickness and vacation absences and therefore looking after customers with appointments
• Hosting the forum events in the Winterthur customer hall
• Organizing the logistics and administration of material warehouses
• Act as a competent contact person for our coffee partner and internal departments

Your profile

• SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) Barista certificate
• Impeccable behavior of the latte kind, pleasure in customer contact
• You score points with your enthusiasm and your good instinct for people
• High willingness to learn new things - especially from the banking/business sector (previous knowledge is an advantage, but not mandatory)
• Interest in new technologies and digital tools
• High flexibility to work within two working models and willingness to work regular Saturday shifts
• Impeccable knowledge of German
