Tasks

• First point of contact for our customers at the counter in Ermatingen, Hefenhausen and Siegershausen as a stand-in
• Simplifying appointments and providing comprehensive advice on the basic products in the "Savings, payments, investments and pensions" product range
• Recognizing customer needs and consulting specialists in a targeted manner
• Part of the customer contact in the consulting support center
• Processing of administrative activities
• Team player in a motivated, well-coordinated team
• Continuous further development

Requirements

• Completed banking training and/or previous employment in a bank with a CTP qualification
• Flexible, independent and reliable personality
• Changing interaction with customers
• Team player
• Reference to the region and industry
