Tasks

  • They accompany entrepreneurs through the generational change and give successors the support they need to break new ground
  • They build bridges between people, ideas and plans for the future

Requirements

  • University degree (FH/Uni) in economics or a comparable qualification
  • Further training (e.g. financial planning expert, CAS business succession, or SME finance expert)
  • Several years of consulting experience in financial planning or in the area of commercial/corporate clients
  • Sustainable success in dealing with SMEs
  • Holistic, networked thinking, decisiveness and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet people personally, build trust and create sustainable solutions
