Tasks

They accompany entrepreneurs through the generational change and give successors the support they need to break new ground.
They build bridges between people, ideas and future prospects.

Requirements

University degree (FH/Uni) in economics or a comparable qualification.
Further training (e.g. financial planning expert, CAS business succession, or SME finance expert).
Several years of consulting experience in financial planning or in the commercial/corporate client sector with sustained success in dealing with SMEs.
Holistic, networked thinking, decisiveness and strong social skills.
They thrive on meeting people in person, building trust and creating sustainable solutions.
