Tasks

Are you service-oriented and enjoy working in a lively environment? Do you enjoy advising customers on the phone and would like to take on an exciting challenge as part of our advisory team?

• You will handle assigned inquiries received by phone and in writing, and suggest improvements and promotional ideas in line with users' interests.
• You will advise our customers on banking products and provide support for online banking.
• You recognize customer needs and pass them on to the right people.
• You support sales promotions.
• You will assist our customers at the branch office in the Länderpark shopping center and help them with any questions they may have about the self-service kiosks.
• You manage our credit and debit card portfolio.
